Everyday Minerals Review and Giveaway CLOSED

Are you a chicka that loves mineral powder like me?!  If you do, you have to check out Everyday Mineals!  For starters, they have really shimmery beautiful colors that is very versatile.  They don't stop with mineral powder they also sell totes, lip balms and more.  Also, what's HOT about them is that they are organic, all-natural, vegan and cruelty free!!  I had the opportunity to review 2 of their mineral eye colors and 2 of their cheek powders. 

The 2 eyecolors I received for my hazel eyes were Good China and In The Garden.  These are truely beautiful colors with shimmery effects.  I love them!  They go on smooth as silk.  You would definitely be impressed too!  Not only that but my experience with mineral powders is that they do last a lot longer than traditional makeup because you don't need to apply as much to get your look.  My favorite out of these 2 was In The Garden.  This one gives you a sexy look and I love the bronzy affect!!

The 2 cheek colors I received were in Snuggle and Sprung!  These are fabulous and glide on effortly with a silky finish.   This is probably one of the best mineral powder brands I've ever tried.   The Snuggle was my favorite.  It has peach tones it that really blend into my skin tone beautifully.  These are fantastic cheek colors and I would recommend them to anyone. 

The quality is dynamite and what I like best about these is that there is a dispenser top that controls how much comes out of your powders.  Kind of like a spice disenser.  This is a major plus for me.  I can't tell you how many times I've dropped my make up in the sink to have the powder fall out all over.  This is a very convinent way to go!

got 2 be Review

Got 2 b is a new improved way to smooth your hair and de-frizz your locks.  I have this frizz problem more severe in the summer so I was thrilled to be able to try and test got 2 b smoothing serum in exchange for my honest opinion via Bzz Agent! 

Got 2 b has four NEW ways for you to help tame that frizz:  hair spray, luxury moose, satin drops and the smoothing serum.   I tried the smoothing serum and at first I was taken in by the pleasant scent.  In my opinion it has a light coconutty scent which I liked.  The texture of the lotion is very creamy and soft.  It worked well with my thick, unrulely locks!  It even lasted through the day.  I passed it on to my daughter so she could have a whirl and she thought it was fantastic.  It gave her the same effect that a flat iron would give.

In the days of yore...life was simple and cleaning was natural

I don't know how many of you dread the whole laundry task, but I certainly do.  What's worse is how many of you have pulled clothes out the wash only to notice that their is a glob of powder detergent residue on them causing a need for re-washing?  Not only that but how many times have you bleached something only to have strange colored polka dots on your clothes?  Anyone care to admit that?  I'm fessing up!  I have ruined a many clothes from the traditional detergents, softeners, bleaches etc.  That's why I'm happy to share with you a product I recently received for review called YoreGanics.  It's an organic and all natural product for doing your laundry that doesn't ruin your clothes in any way!

For review I received Soap Nuts, Stain Remover, a Brighten and Whitener and Lip Balm. I admit I was a bit skeptical at first thinking - how in the world is a dried berry going to clean my clothes?  So, I tested it on some clothes I didn't really care too much about like dish rags, socks, husbands work shirts...etc.  I added a little brighten and whitener to this load since it was pretty soiled and I pre-treated a stain on one of my dish rags then tossed them in.  Once they were all washed up and dried, I began taking a closer look and smelling them.  For starters they came out very clean.  Secondly, they even smelled clean!  I was really blown away at how well these worked in sync with each other.  I can't seem to figure out why people went to Surf, Wisk and other products like that when something so simple can do the trick.

So what are they exactly?

Soap Nuts - dried fruit berries that fall from the soapberry tree.  Their shells create a natural soap when agitated in water.  The nuts last about 4-6 loads or until they become thin.  Worked wonderfully in my wash!  These are sustainable/biodegradable/hypoallergenic/non-toxic and antimicrobial.

Stain Remover - Removes stains like ink, blood, grease etc from your clothes.  Safe on natural fibers and water safe surfaces.   Worked awesome at removing stains off of my clothes! This is hypoallergenic/biodegradable/non-toxic and USDA organic ingredients

Brightens and Whitens - This is for use on really yucky loads like stains, nasty odors, etc.  Works for colors and whites.  Works very well with the soap nuts and stain remover!  This is non-toxic/biodegradable/ and chlorine free.

Lip Balm - This balm is USDA Certified Organic!  It's a wonderful gloss.  I love it and the light mint scent it has.  The scent is similar to mint gum.

Yu-Be Review

The Ultimate Skin Moisturizing Treatment!

If you suffer from some kind of skin issues like most of us you'll be interested in Yu-Be.  My skin is a combo of dry to oily.  I recently received some Yu-Be samples to review.  I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth my skin felt after using Yu-Be.  

Yu-Be is not just for you face but can work for your body, lips and other areas where you might need a special product for.  The items I received for my review were:

Foamin Skin Polish - face and body scrub which Cleans, exfoliates, and softens your skin
My thoughts? - I really liked this!  It left my skin feeling clean and I especially liked that it exfoliates leaving my skin soft not red and irritated!

Moisturizing Skin Cream - moisturizes and protects all types of dry skin
My thoughts? - I thought this was okay.  I didn't care for the smell as much with this.  It has a sort of menthol scent to it like a Noxzema has.  But, it left my skin very, very soft so yes it works well!

Moisturizing Body Lotion - hydrates, soothes and smooths dry, sensitive skin
My thoughts? -  I absolutely loved this.  It has virtually no fragrance so you can wear perfume with out the 2 clashing.  It's very silky smooth and you can tell your skin feels a million times softer after using it!  I found this to be great on my legs after shaving them as they get a tad dry.

Lip therapy - helps heal, soothe, and protect chapped lips
My thoughts? - I think this would be exceptionally great if you have extreme chapped lips.  Again this had a sort of menthol scent to it which I really didn't dig. It still leaves your lips incredibly soft and would be great for those sun bathers who want protection on their lips when they lay out.
